Personal data is collected when Experts and Individuals working in organizations register online through the CD NORTHWEST ALLIANCE website or when CD NORTHWEST ALLIANCE staff registers them. This is the personal data that is collected:

From Experts: name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, skype ID, Facebook ID, preferences for short or long term missions, availability, full curriculum vitae, contact history.

For Individuals working in organizations: name, function, telephone numbers, email address, contact history.

For both Experts and Individuals working in organizations:
Username, password, IP-address, browser type, internet service provider, device identifier, time zone settings, browser plug-in types and versions, visits of the website and contact history.

When financial transactions occur: financial details, VAT.

Purpose of use of the Personal data

The data about Experts is used to find relevant experts to be proposed, through CD NORTHWEST ALLIANCE members, on tenders or awarded projects, always with the prior written consent of the Expert.

The data about Individuals working in organizations is used to contact them for cooperation opportunities or running projects.

Part of the data is accessed by CD NORTHWEST ALLIANCE members based outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).

Any financial data is only used for the purpose of honoring the contracts with the relevant party or to respect Belgian legal obligations.

CD NORTHWEST ALLIANCE does not provide any Personal data to third parties except if such disclosure is necessary in order to protect legitimate interests of CD NORTHWEST ALLIANCE or if it is required or permitted by law.

Duration the Personal Data is kept

CD NORTHWEST ALLIANCE does not keep Personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed.
